Thunder Bay, Canada Hillcrest Neighbour Village Inc. Full time

Hillcrest Condos is currently seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual to join our team as a fulltime cleaner and basic maintenance. This position keeps our building and property clean and maintained by performing custodial duties, light maintenance activities and material handling.

Job Requirements:

- 1+ year Cleaning/Maintenance Experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work 41hrs / week
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Comfortable with maintaining inventory
- Organization of building materials
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Excellent communications skills

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7A 5R3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning (required)
- janitorial (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
