Hillcrest Condos is seeking a highly motivated, dedicated individual to join our team as a fulltime Custodian and Maintenance. This position keeps our building clean and maintained by performing custodial duties and light maintenance activities.

**Job requirements**:

- 1+ year Cleaning/Maintenance Experience
- Valid Drivers License
- Must be able to work 40hrs / week
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Great time management skills

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Cleaning (preferred)
- janitorial (preferred)
