**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage scheduling and logistics for field installations and service calls
- Oversee inventory, procurement, and vendor relations
- Implement and improve internal workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards
- Monitor SLAs and team performance metrics
- Resolve escalated customer service or delivery issues
- Ensure compliance with safety, warranty, and service terms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35.00-$42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
