**Location**:

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.
**The Role**:
We are hiring an **Account Manager** to join our **Sales** team In this role, you will be responsible for the revenue growth of our existing accounts while working closely with our larger Customer Success team to consistently provide world-class customer experiences throughout.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with enterprise customers to drive adoption and expansion
- Evangelize Push's vision through high-quality product demonstrations, and account-specific initiatives
- Analyze existing and anticipated client needs and promote company services to fill such requirements
- Understand and communicate the business value and ROI of products and solutions.
- Restructure and negotiate custom pricing agreements
- Educate, and persuade customers to use the Push platform in new and creative ways that benefit their business
- Serve as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback on how Push can better serve our customer base
- Partner with customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams to drive existing revenue growth and maximize customer satisfaction
- Manage and de-escalate customer escalations and work with the relevant internal teams towards resolution
- Minimize churn by understanding customer concerns and negotiating mutually beneficial solutions to ensure retention
- Conduct customer off-boarding calls to collect feedback from churning customers and ensure a positive customer experience until the very end
- Maintain accurate customer records and activities within our CRM system (Salesforce)
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2+ years minimum experience in managing customer relationships and growing their revenue within a SaaS organization
- Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to blend technology vision and business strategy to deepen client relationships
- Well-developed business acumen, specifically negotiation, closing, and project management skills
- Strong ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in French is a huge bonus
