**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide attentive and responsive caregiving to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Create and implement engaging educational activities that promote learning and development in line with early childhood education principles.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and other activities, encouraging positive social interactions and conflict resolution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment that fosters exploration and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
- Collaborate with other childcare staff to develop age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that meet the diverse needs of children.
- Observe children's behavior and development, documenting milestones and identifying areas for improvement or additional support.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in caregiving or working with children is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to create a positive learning environment through engaging activities in both structured classroom settings and free play scenarios.
- A genuine love for children along with patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching.
