**Job description**

**ARDROSSAN, AB DISABILTY SUPPORT WORKER- EVENING SHIFTS 3 DAYS a WEEK and AVAILABLE WEEKENDS**

**MUST BE ABLE DRIVE TO ACREAGE**

**Duties**:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Ensure the rights and dignity of residents are respected and upheld
- Administer medication according to prescribed guidelines
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Implement and follow established systems and protocols for documentation and reporting
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as needed
- Provide social work support and guidance to residents

**Skills**:

- First aid and CPR certification
- Ability to effectively communicate and interact with individuals with disabilities
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Experience in childcare or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred

- working with children with special needs: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence MUST DRIVE (required)
