**URGENTLY HIRING**

**Duties**
- Provide support and assistance to Children and Youth with Autism and follow Behavior Support Plans
- Complete Incident reports and serious occurrence report
- Document and report any changes in behavior or health status
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs
- Support individuals in participating in community activities and social events
- Implement behaviour support plans for individuals with High Risk Behaviour

**Qualifications**
- A Valid Diploma or Degree in related field
- Have a minimum of two years’ experience in related field.
- Experience working with children and youth with Autism
- Current CIT/Safe management training
- Experience working in home setting
- Possess expertise in specialized care for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs.
- Current CPR & First Aid Certification.
- A Valid Driver’s License
- Familiarity with special education principles and practices is beneficial
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism

Please note that this position may require occasional evening or weekend availability.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Work Location: In person
