global presence as a trusted innovation partner providing solutions, specialized testing and technical expertise for a safe
and sustainable energy future.

As the Director of Business Development, Growth and Innovation, you will focus on identifying business opportunities and
expanding our customer base. You will drive a team of dynamic marketing and business development professionals to
implement marketing strategies, cultivate new business partnerships.
- Strategic Leadership & Market Expansion: Enhance and broaden Powertech’s marketing and business development

strategies to elevate our market profile worldwide. The emphasis is to refine Powertech's branding, messaging, positioning,
and communications.
- Identify & Pursue New Business opportunities: High emphasis on business growth within the electrical utility industry and

on the emerging Hydrogen market. Proactively monitor market trends and identify new opportunities that will lead to
increased revenue and strengthen our client relationships.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Establish synergy with cross-functional teams to create impactful industry

strategies that will generate sales leads and enhance Powertech’s competitive advantage. Lead the creation of marketing
campaigns, materials, website structure and content, and social media engagement.

- Departmental Collaboration: Partner with internal client groups to ensure that Powertech’s services and products

meet customers' demands and expectations.
- Customer Satisfaction & Forecasting: Develop long
- term action plans for building customer satisfaction, including

reporting and analysis based on customer feedback surveys. Manage sales forecasts and support the generation of
forecast-related reports.
- Industry Relationships : Strengthen partnerships with key industry players, infrastructure operators, and explore joint

venture opportunities to deliver Hydrogen projects to the transportation sector.
- Travel & Industry Engagement: Attend client sites, conferences, and industry events to promote Powertech’s services,

generate leads, and represent the company at key industry forums. Expected travel of 1 week per month on average.
** What you bring**

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science, or other related field. A post-graduate degree, such as a Master of
Business Administration or other Masters’ program, is an asset.

10+ years of proven business development and marketing experience preferably in power industry (electrical utility industry
and/or Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)). Familiarity in the emerging Hydrogen market is an asset. Strong
expertise in identifying profitable business opportunities and building client relationships in North America and
internationally. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
