**Responsibilities**:
1. Education and Consultation: Engage with clients, providing personalized guidance on the remarkable benefits of using natural ingredients for mind, body, and soul. Utilize your expertise to address their individual issues and concerns, ensuring a tailored shopping experience that meets their specific needs.

2. Creating a Relaxing Environment: Maintain a serene and tranquil atmosphere within the shop, fostering a peaceful ambiance for our valued customers. Your attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and organization will contribute to a harmonious shopping experience.

3. General Shop Maintenance: Take pride in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the shop. This includes cleaning, organizing, and ensuring inventory is well-stocked. Your creativity and unique insights will be highly valued as you contribute to the growth and development of our shop and community.

**Requirements**:
1. Bilingual (French and English): Proficiency in both languages to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.

2. Key Holder Experience: Previous experience in assuming responsibility for opening and closing the shop, ensuring security protocols are followed.

3. Retail Experience of 5+ Years: Demonstrated track record of success in the retail industry, showcasing a deep understanding of customer service and sales.

4. Strong Knowledge Base of Beauty Industry: Possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the beauty industry, staying informed about the latest trends and products.

Desirable Qualifications:
1. Licensed Esthetician: Hold a valid esthetician license, showcasing your expertise in skincare and beauty treatments. Your ability to provide on-site waxing or threading services in our dedicated botanical spa area is highly valued.

2. Responsibility: Demonstrate a reliable and accountable approach to your work, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
