Shift Leader/key Holder

As a SHIFT LEADER/KEY HOLDER, you are an important and key part of the success of our team. In this role, you will need to demonstrate your excellence by:
1. Supervise staff and close the store

2. Make sure all closing tasks are completed in a timely, effective and efficient manner

3. Demonstrate great leadership, motivate as well as bringing fun, learning and confidence to teens and adults shopping in our store

4. **Create fun, interactive and captivating reels and videos showcasing our team, our inventory and our inventory needs**

5. Oversee store operations, including:
A) delegation of work responsibilities

B) reinforce the tasks to be accomplished and ensure productivity

C) train new team members on expected work standards, the non-negotiable standards as well as the team values

D) perform opening and closing duties in conjunction with/or in the absence of management, act as a point of contact for staff and customers that have questions, concerns

This is a great growth opportunity for someone looking to expand their leadership skills in a part time role. We are seeking individuals with flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays. This position will be for our Orleans, Ottawa location.

**Responsibilities will include**:
1. Providing the highest level of customer service and experience (Going above and beyond to help a customer find what they are looking for)

2. Being effective, efficient, respectful and knowledgeable about children’s items

3. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store

4. Being a brand ambassador by promoting what we do, how we do it and why we do it

5. Helping to achieve buys and sales goals

**Requirements**:
We understand that a Key Holder position can be occupied by anyone but it takes a special person to work in a second hand store that cares about its community, its families and the environment it is a part of.
