Join Kognitiv's Workday Integrations Team, where you'll design, build, and optimize Workday integrations to maximize client value. You’ll play a key role in delivering tailored solutions, advising clients, and driving excellence across projects. Please note: Must be Workday Integrations Certified from a Certified Workday Partner. **Responsibilities**: - Design, develop, test, and implement Workday integrations across various types (EIBs, Connectors, Studio). - Collaborate with clients and vendors to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement best practices. - Lead integration testing, knowledge transfer, and documentation for seamless client adoption. - Manage multiple projects, delivering high-quality results within deadlines. - Share expertise, mentor team members, and contribute to the company’s knowledge base. - Solve complex technical challenges and recommend innovative solutions. **Qualifications**: - 3+ years of experience in Workday implementations, post-production support, or AMS services. - Advanced knowledge of Workday security, APIs (SOAP/REST), and integration tools. - Strong consulting skills, including stakeholder engagement and technical documentation. - Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Collaborative, client-focused, and committed to innovation. - Ability to work remotely; estimated travel (
