We are currently looking for customer service sales associates to join our team at Limeridge Mall in Hamilton.

Rate of Pay: $15.50 / hour

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Ability to connect with customers by asking open ended questions.
- Provide high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service.
- Implements store policies and procedures.
- Supports front/back of house leads in all of the essential duties necessary for the efficient operation of the store.
- Perform necessary housekeeping duties through the opening and closing shifts.
- Ensure merchandise is properly ticketed, maintain visual merchandising of the store and replenish when necessary.
- Use POS to cash out customers.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- Completes job tasks with little to no supervision.
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $15.50 per hour

- 8 hour shift

- Evenings
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work setting:

- Apparel store

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
