**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Working with the Compensation team, this position is responsible to review, update, and input data in the HRIS system. Monitors, and audits information used for compensation records and payroll.

**Qualifications**:
**The incumbent must possess the following qualifications**:

- Knowledge of HR and Compensation practices
- Knowledge of HR data systems and office administration policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of collective agreements, compensation, and payroll policies, procedures, and processes
- Knowledge of office as well as the broader university academic units, departments, and divisions
- Knowledge of office productivity software and databases, internet browsers and search engines, discipline-specific software, enterprise software, and technology devices

**Education and Experience**:
**The above is normally acquired through the completion of**:

- Completion of a college diploma, preferably in Human Resources
- Minimum of two years of previous Human Resource administrative and data processing/integrity experience
