**We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Business Analyst to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.**

**Typical Day in Role**:
The POC will involve reviewing QRM across liquidity management, Asset and Liability Management (ALM), Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), and Stress-Testing Interest Rate Risk (SIRR). Additionally, there will be an in-depth analysis of QRM’s analytics and reporting capabilities.
Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with key stakeholders within Group Treasury business functions to align QRM solutions with overall business strategies.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the QRM platform, including its features, modules, and functionalities.
- Engage with business units to gather detailed requirements related to liquidity management, ALM, FTP, and SIRR.
- Ensure that the QRM system implementation aligns with business needs and objectives.
- Conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses for proposed QRM system changes or enhancements.
- Evaluate the potential return on investment (ROI) associated with implementing specific QRM features.
- Utilize your deep understanding of QRM to address complex business challenges.
- Identify improvement opportunities within the QRM framework and recommend enhancements.
- Support the implementation of QRM-related initiatives, ensuring successful project outcomes.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, recently in Group Treasury.
2. In-depth knowledge of the QRM platform and its capabilities.
3. At least 5 years of hands-on experience with QRM, including consulting, deployment, implementation, and support.
4. Expertise in Treasury areas, including liquidity management, ALM (Asset and Liability Management), and FTP (Funds Transfer Pricing)

**Nice to have Skills**:

- Ability to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutions
- A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
- Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $90.00-$100.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QRM platform: 1 year (preferred)
- Group Treasury: 5 years (required)
- liquidity management, ALM, and FTP: 5 years (required)
