At Kruzee, we’re a team of driving instructors, marketers, and product specialists on a mission to shape the future of driver’s education in Canada. As an online-first driving school, our digital platform allows students to find, book, and complete in-car lessons with Canada’s best driving instructors. All of our instructors are equipped with a mobile app that allows them to seamlessly manage their schedule and students. We are looking for a dynamic instructor to join our team in the Greater Toronto Area and help build for this future.

**What we offer**:

- $28 - $35 / hour guaranteed on a full-time basis, whether you get lessons or not
- We provide a dynamic workplace with promotion opportunities and a flexible work schedule
**What you will do**:

- Deliver in-car lessons and teach students how to drive using Kruzee’s educational standards
- Give driving feedback to our students and help them become better drivers
- Create a safe learning environment for our students
- Participate in frequent training / upskilling
- Share your knowledge with other Kruzee instructors
**What we’d like to see in you**:

- Safe driving skills
- Reliability and punctuality
- Patience and teaching ability
- Excellent customer service ability
- Technological ability and willingness to learn - all of our instructors manage their schedules using the Kruzee app
**What we’d like to see on your resume**:

- MTO driving instructor license (required)
- 5+ years of driving experience
- Existing driving school, Uber, taxi, or truck driving experience a significant asset
- High School diploma or equivalent
- College / university diploma / degree is an asset
**Meet the ministry standards for driving instruction**:

- Have a clean driving record (zero demerit points)
- Able to produce a Vulnerable Sector Check and a Police Information Check
- A vehicle with a valid safety certificate
