We are seeking a licensed Ontario Driving Instructor to join a modern, fast-growing driving school focused on calm instruction, real student outcomes, and long-term instructor success. You'll be supported by advanced scheduling systems, a dedicated operations team, and a respectful, instructor-first culture.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver in-car driving lessons to beginner and intermediate students
  • Teach defensive driving techniques and safe decision-making
  • Provide calm, clear, and constructive feedback to students
  • Prepare students for G2 and G road tests
  • Use our modern web-based system to complete lesson notes and progress tracking
  • Maintain a safe, professional, and supportive learning environment at all times
  • Communicate effectively with students to build confidence and encourage open dialogue about concerns or questions

Experience

  • Valid Ontario Driving Instructor Licence (MTO-approved)
  • If you do not have an instructor license, we will pay for a professional designation course, and hire you guaranteed upon completion
