**Maintenance Team Member**

**Job Duties**

As a maintenance crew member, you’ll take part in completing a diversity of tasks throughout the working season. There will also be opportunities to gain more specialized skills, such as operating a Hydro-Seeder as needed.

General tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Spring and fall cleanup of gardens
- Maintaining flowerbeds: weeding, cultivating, edging, and deadheading
- Pruning shrubs
- Winterizing gardens
- Using gardening and power tools (backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- Steel-toed safety shoes
- Willingness to work in a variety of weather
- Ability to lift 30lbs
- Eligible to work in Canada
- Be able to commute to/from the job sites as needed

**Not required but considered an asset**
- Horticulture experience
- Valid G Class driver's license
- First-aid training
