- centered care.

We are excited to offer a position for a booking clerk in our clinic. Our office hours are Monday - Thursday 0745 - 1500 and Friday 0745 - 1200, but we are flexible.

Your primary obligation is to assist with booking and rescheduling appointments over the phone. Over time, you will also be involved with front desk duties.

Our strongest asset is our easy to work with team. You must be a team player as interacting well - not just getting along - with all our staff is essential.

**Responsibilities and Duties for Clinic**:

- Patient demographics entry into EMR
- Schedule and reschedule appointments
- Answer phones
- Fax/Scan documents
- Organization and light cleaning: waiting room, patient rooms, sinks,
- Greeting clients, explaining check in process
- Verify contact information and health card
- Ensure that consent forms are signed; explain policies to new patients
- Other relevant duties as assigned by office manager or physician

**Qualifications and Skills**
- EMR experience: 1-2 years (Med Access Telus EMR an asset)
- Experience with medical workflow

**Smoking is not allowed during work hours including all paid breaks on the property which includes the parking lot.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
