**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and maintain positive customer (internal and external) relationships while always striving to attain the highest level of Customer Service and Satisfaction
- Monitor daily performance of IT systems, including computers, programs, and networks and continuously improve our tools and processes, while ensuring that the solutions will be optimized
- Installing new upgrades for hardware and software as needed
- Troubleshooting issues and increase overall efficiency
- Maintain/develop data backup systems and disaster recovery contingencies
- Manage projects with an understanding of the organization’s strategies, priorities, and constraints
- Create and manage standards in terms of policies and governance to impact infrastructure requirements to be well identified and to have the solutions optimized
- Create and build Microsoft Work-Flows in SharePoint to ensure efficiency in daily processes
- Work closely with Senior Management to define the scope and overall objectives of the project, while producing milestones, manage risks and propose mitigation measures and providing leadership and vision
- Provide data architecture guidance for all aspects of the data within the Woodhouse Group entities
- Ensure robust data quality and integrity process is maintained and enhanced through continual improvement
- Develop and manage the integrated plan, budget, resources plan, and dependencies
- Propose, implement, and manage any new Standard Operating Procedures to gain efficiencies, address industry or preferred changes
- Anticipate problems and difficult situations and take action to resolve them
- Administer, and provide onsite and local telephone & cell phone support, including maintenance and upgrades to workstations, wiring, printers and print servers
- Administer and track equipment onboarding and offboarding for employees
- Procurement and set up of computer hardware, mobile phones, and software licenses
- Provide basic training on the use of the network and the standard software packages to new users, as well as providing support to user’s specific issues of using software packages when required
- Other duties and responsibility as assigned

**EDUCATION REQUIRMENTS**:

- A post-secondary technology diploma, or equivalent, specializing in computers, networking, or information systems
- Industry Standard certifications such as: Cisco CCENT or equivalent, ITIL or equivalent

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors’ degree or College diploma in computer science or computer science or relevant field
- Three (3) to five 5) years of relevant experience providing IT technical support
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing resources and projects
- High-level of proficiency with Microsoft 365 including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook/Exchange and OneDrive
- In-depth knowledge of concepts relating to Active Directory, Xactimate, Terminal Servers environment and Smartphone
- You have experience working with an ITSM and ITAM systems and integrating various systems and software
- Microsoft certification, knowledge of videoconferencing systems and experience management software support are assets
- You have sound knowledge of information security practices

- Comfortable working in constantly evolving complex environments and multidisciplinary teams
