We are a customer focused company, and our trailers are manufactured from start to finish at our warehouses located in Chilliwack, BC.

**As a Customer Service Specialist your role includes**:

- Assisting customers with their option selections when configuring their Escape Trailer
- Customer communication on potential supply chain disruptions, etc.
- Assisting customers during showroom appointments

**Preferred skills/experience**:

- 2+ years experience in customer service
- Must have knowledge of trailers/trailer industry
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Customer Service experience
- Work independently as well as in a collaborative environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Completion of the VSA license and upcoming courses (can be completed after hiring)
