**Summary**

We are seeking a litigant Lawyer to join us in Ontario Canada. This role is vital in representing our clients and ensuring their legal rights are protected while contributing to the overall mission of OLC.
**Responsibilities**
- Represent clients in legal proceedings and negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Provide sound legal advice to clients based on current laws
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records of case files and documentation
- Collaborate with other legal professionals to enhance case strategies
- Stay updated on changes in legislation relevant to client cases

**Qualifications**
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or LLB from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Ontario
- Proficient in LexisNexis and other legal research tools
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability in legal drafting and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

**Call-To-Action**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $54,805.46-$276,679.34 per year

Expected hours: No less than 1 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
