**In this role**

As a Sales Assistant, the employee will be responsible for supporting the sales representatives and assisting in managing their caseloads. Have a full understanding of the sales cycle and liaise with clients and referral sources in any manner required by the sales representative. Typically, you will:

- Proactively engage with NSM clients and liaison with therapists to deliver an outstanding service experience.
- Contribute to team results by supporting all colleagues to be successful in meeting client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with therapists and other healthcare professionals for equipment demos, trials, or rentals.
- Criminal Record check
- Previous experience in customer service for technical items/services.
- 2 years of experience in sales.
- Handle multiple tasks, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Manage data within the inhouse systems.
- All applicants are required to be in compliance with all orders and directions related to public health and workplace safety in effect in their intended province of employment as applicable from time to time. Given the nature of this role, this compliance may require applicants to, among other things, be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide satisfactory proof of vaccination._
