**Job Description**:
**SuccessFactors EC Consultant**

**Canada (Remote EST work timings)**

**6+ Months**

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with client to understand business requirements, advise client about the solution & best practices
- Work with Project Manager to define solution scope, project timelines and manage scope changes
- Design end-to-end solutions for SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, EC Service Center, Recruiting and Onboarding and Open Text
- Collaborate with project team to ensure the solutions meet the client's business requirements and are delivered on time
- Integrate SuccessFactors with Enterprise systems & 3rd party systems
- Identify areas for improvement in the SAP SuccessFactors solution and recommend changes as needed.

Skills & Experience
- Must have End to End SuccessFactors Employee Central Implementation project experience in at least 2 Projects with multiple countries and 10000+ employees
- Must be certified with current & active Certification in Employee Central (Professional Certification preferred)
- Excellent understanding of SuccessFactors Implementation Design Principles & Best Practices
- Excellent understanding of functional integration & data flows between different SuccessFactors solution (EC, RCM&RMK and On-Boarding, Performance & Goal Management, Compensation & Variable Pay etc.,)
- Experience in designing integration of SuccessFactors solution with other systems
