We have an inclusive pricing/tip-free model and are part of the Ontario Living Wage Network - servers earn between $25-28/hr. Everyone also receives paid personal/sick days, an annual allowance for extended health and dental benefits, plus free dedicated mental health care. This model allows for much more stable and steady earnings, along with a truly more positive team-based and friendly environment.

**Qualifications**:

- We are looking for those who have a minimum of three years' experience in a server role with knowledge of food and alcohol. Bartending experience is a bonus.

We check in with staff regularly to ensure everyone is happy and progressing accordingly while maintaining a healthy work/life balance. The majority of the management team has been with the company for half a decade or more, with several other full-time staff that has been with us for years.

Suffice to say we believe strongly in supporting our staff and promoting within, providing a dynamic work environment where everyone is valued, respected, and heard.
