- Prepare and assemble donair sandwiches, wraps, and platters according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Operate the POS system for processing customer orders and handling cash transactions.
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures are followed.

- Practice effective time management to meet order demands during peak hours.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to maintain a sanitary work environment.
- Experience with cashiering and operating POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and colleagues.
