Job Title: Catering Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Customer facing sandwich line worker - taking orders, building sandwiches, and punching in orders in POS
- Assist with prep when necessary, and when availability dictates
- Packaging and labeling of DTC products
- Work well within a team
- Open to taking direction
- Ensure proper presentation of all dishes
- Maintain a clean and organized station throughout service
- Execute closing duties at end of shift
- Provide excellent customer service + open communication with the chef
- Help create and maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Be a part of the team Communicate and innovate to help build the business

**Qualifications**:

- Everything about this job is trainable
- Strong customer service skills would be an asset
- Willingness to learn + be open to constructive criticism
- Written + Spoken English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment would be an asset
- Passion for Italian cuisine and a strong commitment to quality and consistency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.65-$19.91 per hour
