**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
- Handle minor maintenance requests such as adjusting doors,, eaves cleaning and repairs, dryer vent cleaning and repair and siding repairs etc.
- Handle major repairs such as replacing windows, doors, building fences, concrete work, eaves replacements etc.
- Repair drywall, paint walls, and perform basic carpentry tasks.
- Maintain an organized workspace and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing all tasks.
- After hours rotating schedule between team to cover emergencies outside of normal hours (ie door issues, broken windows, etc)

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Handyman/woman or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, and general maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
- Certification in relevant trades is a plus but not required.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
