**Territory Sales Manager**
**FWS Group of Companies is a fully integrated design engineering, construction, and maintenance services firm.** We are advocates of the design-build approach to project development. Whether our clients are looking at greenfield construction or retrofitting an existing facility, we have the in-house expertise to take their project from vision to reality.
To add to this expertise, **we are recruiting for a**Territory Sales Manager**, to join our collaborative and team focused organization.**

As our Territory Sales Manager**,**you will facilitate corporate growth through development and cultivation of relationships with existing and new clients, **with the goal of increasing total sales leads and top line revenue for the organization**. You will collaborate with the Business Development team and leadership to ensure a rigorous planning and commitment process.
**Position Overview**:
- **Develop and execute strategic territory action plans.**:
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, prospecting and networking.
- Present FWS value proposition to potential clients.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to expand network and market knowledge.
- Share competitive intelligence and market trends with internal teams.
- Support Business Development team as required in the project development process to ensure the proposal aligns with the clients’ needs.
- **Promote the company through social media and external events in line with brand guidelines.**:
- Prepare reports on sales performance and market activity.
- Travel will be required.
**Qualifications Needed**:
- **A combination of education and 5 years of successful sales experience in B2B is preferred.**:
- Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset, strong self-motivation and the ability to perform effectively with mínimal supervision.
- Strong **professional communicator that pays attention to detail** and displays a high level of interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong computer skills and is proficient with** MS Office Suite and customer relationship (CRM) software.**
