We currently have an opening for a full time** Customer Service and Sample Delivery Associate** working out of our Georgetown location.
- Applicants must be self-starters, highly organized, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Additional applicant assets include a strong attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a desire to learn and grow within the company
- The primary schedule for this role is Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability. Extra hours may be required to complete tasks.

**Responsibilities**
- Process sample requests and manage inquiries regarding our products and services
- Cut sample slices and assemble sample boards and boxes
- Curate sample delivery routes and schedules
- Interact with clients and Territory Managers daily, maintaining a positive attitude
- Collaborate with Territory Mangers on prospect visits within their regions
- Consistently provide premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to help at all times
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg)
- Other duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization

**Qualifications**
- Valid G license with a clean driving record
- Applicants must pass a pre-employment driver and criminal background check
- Good working knowledge of Unilock/ landscape products is considered an asset
- Strong communication skills
- Applicants must be able to pass a company physical
