**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project objectives are met.
- Collaborate with managers to develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Review blueprints and construction estimates to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
- Communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
- Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process promptly and effectively.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within Parks and Earthwork Construction is essential.
- Strong knowledge of GPS Technology.
- Demonstrated ability in quality control practices, budgeting, blueprint reading, construction estimating.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
