**Specialist, Integrated Management Systems (IMS)**

**Location**:Head Quarters, Toronto

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented, motivated, and top performer to join our team.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- General
- Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to effectively support the ongoing improvement and implementation of the IMS across our global operations
- Support the company in achieving a quality-driven organizational culture
- Assisting in the Monitoring and Evaluation of the Quality Process/es at the operating/storage facilities
- Supporting training of various stakeholders on the Integrated Management System and its components
- Supporting Internal Audit Function and Corrective Action Reporting/Planning
- Assisting in the ISO/R2 Certification Management Process - including the supporting of the Non-Conformities Management and Corrective Action Planning.
- Responsible for Document Management and Control, including:

- Support the organization’s Continuous Improvement efforts in alignment to the ISO/R2 Standard requirements
- Be the custodian and primary resource for managing the Integrated Management (IMS) Systems documentation, including the document control process under the guidance of the Engineer, IMS
- Play a key role in driving the quality management process across the organization:

- Handling intake, scanning, verification and storing documents
- Maintaining the filing structure - including shared documents and collaborations documents.
- Document verifications and management, including assurance process for maintaining document standards, auditing of documentation process, and continuous improvements to the system
- Assisting in the designing and maintenance of templates for documents, file types, and document database
- Following and improving document control procedures
- Continuous Improvement Process Management:

- Data management, technical support, and internal and external reporting
- Any other special projects/duties as assigned by the direct manager and/or leadership of the organization

**Job Qualifications**:

- Degree in Chemical/Process/Industrial/Mechanical/Environmental Engineering and/or Science, (or relevant experience / equivalent qualification in Integrated Management Systems and document control processes)
- Experience in ISO 14001, 45001, 9001
- 3 - 5 years experience in a relevant role
- Strong process analysis, mass & energy balance development, chemical reaction engineering/design, and process equipment evaluation experience is of benefit
