Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage site maintenance, updates, and enhancements for platforms including eBay, Wayfair, Amazon Seller Central, and our website
- Validate all product information, attributes, and cross-selling data to ensure data consistency and accuracy while adhering to company best practices and brand guidelines
- Create new leads and listings to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage Amazon FBA shipping and fulfillment
- Optimize site merchandising by assigning categories and testing
- Create landing pages with provided assets to enhance user experience
- Monitor web analytics to increase site speed, optimize navigation and customer paths, and checkout conversion rates to deliver continuous improvement on KPIs
- Assist with Search Engine Optimization to improve the customer experience and increase organic traffic
- Contribute to site content calendars in collaboration with marketing and participate in promotional calendars to create promotions/coupons, monitor campaign performance, and provide revenue reports and recommendations
- Collaborate with marketing, planning, and customer care departments for alignment and ongoing analysis, issues, opportunities, and recommendations
- Contribute new ideas to enhance department productivity and growth
- Participate in open discussions, status updates, opportunities, issues, and potential concerns
- Assist with other departments and duties as required

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a technical product based company
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce direct to constomers company
- Must have experience with eBay, Amazon FBA, Wayfair and other e-commerce websites
- Experience with 3D cart is a valuable asset to us
- Experience with google ads is an asset
- Must have experience with microsite advanced excel and have a data driven attitude
- Quick learner, proactive, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze large amounts of data, identify meaningful patterns, derive business insights, and communicate findings in an organized and easy-to-interpret manner
- Excellent language and communication skills with the ability to write and articulate clearly
- Ability to multitask, work on several projects simultaneously, manage multiple inputs, and meet critical deadlines
- Goal-oriented individual with a positive attitude towards teamwork and the ability to work independently when required
- Polished professional appearance and attitude as this role may interact with vendors in person
- Flexibility in terms of hours of work, recognizing that there will be a need for overtime

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $16.50-$22.00 per hour
