**Summary**

This position is responsible for the ensuring availability to pick-up or drop-off Drive Manager based on daily schedule and preparation of inventory, if needed to members. A Drive Specialist will assist the Drive Manager with maintaining daily schedule, ensuring inventory is prepared, confirming transportation for all deliveries and pick ups. This role is suitable for someone with previous automotive dealership experience, knowledge of current MY Porsche vehicles and good communication and customer service skills. Must also display a willingness to broaden skill set and be comfortable and reliable in customer facing role.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Must be available, at times, at a moments notice, to provide transportation to or from member locations
- Provide support to DM (Drive Manager) with administration of Drive fleet
- Provide assistance delivering/flipping members at dealership
- Ensures Drive fleet units on dealership lot are presentable and parked in proper location
- Interface with Merchandising Administrator on all Drive units in service/PDI in order to ensure rediness and availability to members
- When time permits, continue to provide support to other Sales Assistants at dealership

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License.
- A clean driver abstract and the ability to drive a manual transmission is required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a considerable asset (training will be provided with Clutch Console and SideFlip app - both needed in daily operation of program)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication (verbal & written English) and customer service skills.
- Detail oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to work cohesively with employees and managers as part of a team.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines.
