**Site Manager**

The Great White Car and Truck Wash is the largest of its kind in Western Canada. We currently have an opening for a Site Manager.

Responsible for managing all site operations the Site Manager is hands-on in the daily operation of the business ensuring that employees are properly trained/coached and that customers are satisfied. The Site Manager demonstrates a passion for customer service and team leadership with high energy and personal accountability. A leader who continuously challenges others to achieve excellence, the SM adheres to the highest company standards while staying in compliance with all local, provincial, and federal labour laws.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee all daily operational activities including the direction and supervision of employees, sales, inventory, maintenance, cleaning, and site inspections.
- Manage all staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage and profitability.
- Manage reconciling of all income and expenses and reporting to Directors.
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual revenues with VP Operations.
- Assist with the development of operations manuals, safety manuals, training programs and provide recommendations as appropriate to increase employee retention and ensure employee performance.
- Managing conflict resolution and direct handling of claim/complaint resolution.
- Engage in risk management activities to minimize exposure and protect the Great White Car and Truck Wash Ltd. employees and assets.
- Ensure the facilities and equipment are always clean and in good repair, functional and properly representing pride in the brand and the Corporation.
- Market to non-commercial, commercial users and fleets.
- Maximize the through-put of the wash site as well as the flow and production in the operation ensuring compliance with government standards.
- Actively lead initiatives for corporate community involvement projects by contributing, time and energy to community events in support of Great White Car and Truck Wash.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years’ management/supervisory/operations experience in a high-paced customer service-oriented environment
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude
- Valid Driver’s License
- Able to travel within Canada and the US for training and attendance at car wash-related trade shows
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labour as required by all positions at the Great White Car and Truck Wash
- Flexible work schedule, able to work 40+ hours per week including weekends and holidays

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
