**Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management**
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily operations at roofing and construction sites.
- Coordinate and schedule work crews to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.

**Material Coordination**
- Order and schedule delivery of materials to meet project timelines.
- Ensure materials are on site and organized to minimize delays.
- Verify quality and quantity of materials delivered.

**Crew Supervision**
- Lead, manage, and motivate site crews to maintain high productivity levels.
- Ensure all workers follow company policies and project specifications.
- Conduct daily briefings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.

**Safety Compliance**
- Enforce safety regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure all workers use proper protective equipment.
- Address and resolve any safety concerns or incidents immediately.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years in construction site management, preferably in roofing or similar fields.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of roofing and construction materials, methods, and safety protocols.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- **Certifications (preferred)**:

- Occupational Health and Safety Certification (or equivalent).
- First Aid and CPR Certification.
- **Physical Requirements**: Ability to work outdoors, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
