**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Host/Server to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and well taken care of. You will also assist in delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive service and support to our restaurant operations. **Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Uphold restaurant standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Additional pay:

- Tips

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- Weekends only
