The Administrator provides general administrative and clerical support to the center following standardized processes and procedures. The position utilizes various computerized systems and software to perform tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- A/P, A/R, and job costing
- Job ticket creation & daily ticket billing
- Purchase Order processing & inventory controls
- Maintain a high level of office security designed to protect company files, techniques, copyrights, and pricing data.
- Customer service and call taking
- Other administrative duties including end of month reporting

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative experience required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer software skills (proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Team work is a priority and the Administrator must be willing to work with and assist co-workers as needed.
- The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
- The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.- 2-3 years of Administrative experience- strong computer software skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
