We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of Junior BI Specialist to join our dynamic team for our client, one of the major banks.

**Required Knowledge / Skills**:
Key deliverables to be performed by the Business Intelligence Specialist role include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Supports Client’s wide-ranging business information requirements, implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions
- Develops and supports guided analysis and drill-down functionality, routine scheduling and notification of report generation, and effective implementation of “opportunity” and “key-trend” alerts.
- Provides Clients with approach options and tools for managing business-related data in a manner that assists in quantitative analysis of progress and the relationship between operational actions and their effect on business objectives.
- Develop presentations for various audiences, as required.
- Work with the business and IT areas to complete any activities required to accomplish above and other deliverables as required during the assignment.

**MUST**
- Supports Client’s wide-ranging business information requirements, implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions
- Demonstrates experience designing and developing BI Reports, Dashboards and other Business Intelligence solutions using Cognos 10 or higher and Microsoft Power BI
- Demonstrated experience advising on existing data sets, models, and transformations to enhance business intelligence reporting

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5G 2C8
