Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maximo Techno - Functional Consultant

Professional Attributes:
- Willing to work independently. Demonstrate excellent learning skills and team spirit.- Experience working with Maximo Configuration tooling- Domains
- Database configuration
- Application Designer
- Workflow Designer
- Development experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) working with User exit and processing classes
- Experience in Maximo Customization development for (one or more):
- MBO Classes
- Bean Classes
- Field Level Classes
- Custom Action classes
- Automation Scripting
- Custom Crontask(s)
- User exit and Processing classes
- Maximo functional knowledge:
- Configure Maximo to meet client requirements end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance including testing, to delivery and maintenance of the Maximo system
- Experience in preparing Technical specification documents, gap analysis, design documents
- Should be able to train End users and Administrators on IBM Maximo capabilities and usability
- Hands-on Knowledge on Java/ J2EE, PL/SQL and oracle & MS SQL database
- IBM Certification on Maximo - Good to have Maximo 7.6.x or Maximo Manage 8.x certification

Required Skillset:
- Maximo functional knowledge on Asset and Work management + any of the combination for technical skills
- (MIF, MAS, Object structure, BIRT reports, Application designer, customization, data loading, OpenShift, Integration, Watson Studio, Python, automation script, WebSphere, Oracle, DB2, Kafka, JMS Queues)
- Worked on a Maximo implementation/Upgrade/support projects
- Worked as Maximo Team/Technical Lead, Integration Lead, Test Lead or Architect

Good to Have Skills:
- Knowledge on cloud platforms and deployment, WebSphere Liberty, Red hat OpenShift Container platform
- Agile methodology
- Maximo Application Suite / Maximo Monitor/Maximo Health/Maximo Predict
- Proven functional and technical expertise regarding in implementing and/or supporting one or more of the following:

- IBM Maximo Scheduler
- Maximo Mobile
- Maximo Spatial
- GIS Integrations
- Good to have Experience in preparing instance strategy, cut over planning for data migration
