We are a Foot Reflexology Spa looking to hire for a part-time or full-time Receptionist for our Downtown Coal Harbour Location and/or Richmond Location.

Experience Requirements:

- Reception Experience
- Customer Service
- Mandaring & English speaker preferred.

**Job Type: Full Time / Part-Time**

Starting Salary Range: $17.85 to $19.00 /hour

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations, optimizing the use of available resources.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide information about spa services and promotions.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to enhance the client experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
