Private Nanny for Elderly/ Live Out Nanny

Job Summary:
We are looking for a full time caregiver (Live-out nanny) to provide caregiving support to an elderly in need of assistance. The Elderly Care Nanny will ensure the well-being, safety, and comfort of the elderly person under their care, providing companionship, assistance with daily activities, and support as needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and assist with medication management under the guidance of healthcare professionals or family members.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary requirements and preferences, ensuring hydration and proper nutrition.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Monitor the elderly person(s)'s health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Provide assistance with exercises and mobility aids to promote physical health and independence.
- Offer emotional support, empathy, and companionship during times of illness, loneliness, or distress.
**Skills**:
- Previous experience in caregiving, eldercare, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with the elderly person(s) and their family members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in caregiving or eldercare is a plus.
Pay: $17.55-$18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
