- Data entry for A/R and A/P
- Answering of phone calls and scheduling of jobs to appropriate division
- Use of POS system
- Basic administrative duties

**Skills**:

- Excellent customer service
- Experience with Quickbooks Online asset but not required
- Basic accounting skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to multitask in a busy fast paced office

Pay: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
