Si ce poste temporaire devait être comblé par un employé régulier à temps plein de la Ville, l’ancienneté et les avantages sociaux seraient maintenus de manière régulière et l’employé concerverait son statut normal à temps plein pendant la durée du remplacement.

**Job Description**:
**SOMMAIRE DU POSTE** : Sous la direction du superviseur, répondre aux demandes des clients, effectuer la facturation, maintenir les comptes et traiter les paiements ainsi que l’exécution de diverses autres tâches générales de bureau.
**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Effectuer les changements d’adresses et de propriétaires nécessaires afin de maintenir à jour le système de facturation et comptes recevables.
- Fournir de l’excellent service à la clientèle que ce soit par téléphone, par la poste ou en personne.
- Exécuter les fonctions de traitements de paiements, incluant la mise à jour, l’ajustement, le traitement et réconciliations des comptes.
- Le maintien des programmes de paiements pour les prêts préautorisés et les comptes de prêt hypothécaires.
- Émettre les demandes de certificats d’imposition.
- Exécuter les ajustements, les écritures de journal, et réconciliations des comptes tel que requis.
- Redirection et suivi de la correspondance retournée.
- Assurer la liaison telle que requis avec les départements internes et provinciaux, les contribuables d’impôt fonciers et individus provenant de l’extérieur.
- Préparer les statistiques pour les rapports mensuels et annuels.
- Exécuter les tâches de bureau tel que requis.
- Exécuter d’autres fonctions liées au travail tel que demandé.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
**Éducation/Expérience**
- Diplôme d’étude secondaire et
- Cours post-secondaire en comptabilité ou
- Combinaison équivalente en expérience et éducation
**Compétences/Habiletés**
- Doit être compétent en communication écrite et oral (anglais)
