Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care.

**Duties**:

- Provide personal care and support to patients
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in patients' condition to the appropriate staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a Support Worker or in a similar caregiving role is preferred
- Knowledge of nursing home, assisted living, or hospice care settings is a plus
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
