What you will do in this role:

- Answer inbound service phone calls with the intent to provide excellent customer service
- Create a seamless customer experience by assisting clients with all necessary requirements to book a service appointment
- Ensure appropriate documentation of all customer related questions, requests and leads
- Act as a Mercedes-Benz Burlington Ambassador in all interactions
