The Pendennis Weddings and Events team is driven by excellence. Everyone (including our CEO) has cleaned up vomit, and we are equally proud of our sophisticated event execution as we are of our can-do attitude. Regardless of the role you fill on the team, we have some things that make us unique:
1. We expect our team to give us feedback, and we listen. After every event, we expect everyone who worked the event to give us feedback from their perspective. In order to be excellent, we have to listen to those who are there and work to improve.

2. We expect our team to take feedback, often directly, and in the moment. Events aren't about our own egos, but about the client experience. Making sure we are doing our best means recognizing gaps and fixing them as soon as possible.

3. We work really really hard and we love it. No slackers here

**Responsibilities**:
We are looking for hard working, self-motivated people who are comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. We set up, tear down, and clean up for our events regularly and are looking for someone with a flexible schedule able to work our events. This could be just weekend or during the week.

Duties include:

- Moving chairs, tables, decor, and other furniture
- Setting up decor
- Mopping and cleaning
- Doing what needs to be done, each event is different

We look for detail oriented individuals who are able to work alone or in a team.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Weekends only
