Soucieux du bien-être des autres et souvent dans le feu de l’action, le conseiller à la permanence familiale n’a aucunement peur du défi et adore la diversité des tâches au quotidien. Le conseiller à la permanence familiale collabore avec la famille recevant des services afin d’établir un plan pour répondre à leurs besoins. Tout en assurant la sécurité et le bien-être de chacun des membres de la famille, il intervient activement en collaborant avec ses pairs et les partenaires communautaires pour aider les familles dans l’atteinte de leurs objectifs.

**Avez-vous le profil d’un conseiller à la permanence familiale?**
- Vous avez le souci d’offrir un service de qualité centré sur la personne et ses besoins, ainsi qu’une expérience client à la hauteur de nos valeurs.
- Vous faites preuve d’un esprit d’analyse efficace et d’un bon jugement clinique.
- Vous avez cette volonté de comprendre et d’appliquer les règles et plans prescrits.
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe et avez le tour pour développer des relations de confiance.
- Vous faites preuve d’initiative et de créativité dans vos interventions.
- Vous êtes persévérant, aimez les défis et ne lâchez pas prise facilement.
- L’imprévisibilité et la gestion des priorités vous allument.
- Vous avez une passion pour la rédaction et la documentation.

**Nous cherchons des gens qui**:

- Ont un baccalauréat ou maîtrise en travail social ou dans un autre domaine lié aux services humains.
- Ont un à trois ans d'expérience en intervention sociale, en protection à l’enfance ou dans un autre domaine de travail auprès d’enfants, de familles ou de personnes ayant des besoins spéciaux.
- Ont une connaissance de la Loi sur les services à l’enfance, à la jeunesse et à la famille ainsi que toute autre norme ministérielle serait un atout.
- Sont bilingues à l’oral et à l’écrit.
- Ont un permis de conduire valide et une voiture à leur disposition.
