**CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Excellent customer service providing a personalized, thoughtful, and remarkable experience to our customers.
- Accurately place guest orders in all systems and liaison with other departments as needed (basket, floral, grocery, giftware, catering).
- Arrange/coordinate deliveries for gifts, catering, grocery & floral.
- Maintain customer records.
- Create accurate sales orders and invoices in NetSuite to capture sales for all floral, catering, baskets, giftware, donations, marketing and special requests
- Resolve challenging guest situations/returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with guests about upcoming and past orders.
- Knowledge of product offerings.

**REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE**
- Dedication to delivering an exceptional customer experience - you love our customers as much as we do
- Strong command of English with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a Luxury Customer Service environment would be an asset.
- Catering experience preferred.
- Excellent Organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; word, excel, outlook, NetSuite, Caterease.
- Committed to working a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-volume environment.
