Chick-fil-A Yorkdale offers a **Skills Certification Track** for those looking to grow into a Supervisor position or to gain valuable restaurant hospitality experience.* We do this by enhancing your teamwork and hospitality skills through four certifications. Whether you’re planning a career with Chick-fil-A Yorkdale or you have other goals for the future, we’ll help you develop valuable skills you can use - no matter what direction life might take you.

Here’s a glimpse of what every team member has the opportunity to grow into:

- Team Member: Determine your suitability for permanent employment with us, learning the essential duties of your role. **No prior experience required.**:

- Task Leader: Provide operational support to the Supervisors learning greater autonomy, mastering complex skills and equipment operations.
- Trainer: Promote and protect Chick-fil-A standards through teaching and training others in proper recipes and service.
- Restaurant Ambassador: Represent and share our brand essence as one of our Ambassadors, visiting Chick-fil-A all over Canada to help Grand Open new restaurants
