**Experience/Education**: Grade 12 Diploma, 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, logistics, and order processing

**Starting Wage**: From $18.00/hour

**Main Responsibilities**:
**Duties Include**:

- Process customer orders, purchase orders, and invoicing accurately and efficiently
- Communicate with customers, brokers, and sales teams regarding orders, pricing, and delivery schedules
- Confirm back orders and low margins with Sales
- Entering price increases and contracts
- Assist with sample orders, shipping manifests, and product specification sheets
- Coordinate appointments and shipments with outside storage and logistics
- Manage CHEP pallet control - including weekly pallet orders, reports, and invoice confirmations
- Utilize EDI systems for supplier communication and data entry
- Conduct cycle counts with warehouse staff to ensure product accuracy
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence related to customer accounts and transactions

**Qualifications**:

- Completion of Grade 12 (secondary school)
- 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, logistics, and order processing
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Operate office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, fax machines, labellers, and computers, with accuracy and confidence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with EDI systems and CHEP pallet tracking considered an asset

**Schedule**: Full-time: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday

**Commitment Requirements**:
This is a Monday-Friday, full-time position. Unless you are confident that you can commit to this schedule consistently, this job may not be the right fit for you.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
